Preparing for Material Delivery
A short checklist that prevents 90% of delivery-day surprises.
Before delivery day
- Confirm the dump spot with the driver ahead of time.
- Note overhead clearance — dump beds hit 22'+ when up.
- Move cars, planters, and hoses off the drop path.
- Lay a tarp under the pile if the driveway is stamped or delicate.
- Have tools staged before the truck arrives — the pile spreads out over time.
